Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She came in third at the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The first step is warming up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Converting all the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
